99' Street

Context

Mainstream social networks ended up looking like storefronts: endless feeds, lots of staging, little authenticity. Younger generations now want something else: a space to share real moments , reconnect with the people close to them and create together rather than just consume content.

That realisation is what gave birth to 99Street . The ambition: building a platform where you don't just come to pose, but where you live shared digital experiences . A social app that puts creativity and sincerity back at the centre of interactions.

Features

Moment Life: a collaborative format where the user chooses to start a photo, then invites up to 4 friends. Each captures their everyday photo, and together they build a shared memory. It's an intimate space, designed to strengthen bonds and give value to small moments .

World: a broader mode of expression. You share an image along with keywords that define your world. The app then suggests discovering other users with similar interests, opening the door to authentic exchanges and cross-inspiration .

My approach

To support Marie-Andrice M. (founder of 99Street) , I worked well beyond classic interface design. The challenge was to bring a living dimension and translate her vision: putting creativity and authenticity back at the heart of digital interactions without sacrificing visual and functional consistency.

So I designed a complete design system , built to support the product's future growth and guarantee a consistent experience at every iteration. The interface was crafted in an immersive, fluid style, so users feel immediately involved , with no clutter or gimmicks.

In parallel, I contributed to the key structuring choices: identifying the journeys (Moment Life and World) , prioritising features , defining the product profiles , and technical recommendations to ensure performance and scalability. These decisions built a solid foundation, both creatively and operationally.

In the end, my role was to bring a coherent visual vision , aligning 99Street's ambition with an app that is legible, scalable and distinctive within the social ecosystem.
