CPAM - Mon espace santé

Context

As part of a project in partnership with the French Health Insurance Fund (CPAM) , I presented — paired with Julie Lemaitre — an original concept built around their « Mon espace santé » app.

Project Goals

The app has been live since 2022 , and despite a number of events and awareness campaigns, it still struggles to retain its youngest users (aged 18 to 26) . With CPAM, I tackled this challenge in the context of healthcare professionals' waiting rooms .

My approach

With Julie, I adopted the Double Diamond method, which let me push creative thinking much further than expected. Every working session led to bold, original proposals , tested and challenged live with the CPAM teams.

I first explored the context and usage to pinpoint the real expectations , then defined a clear problem statement . From there, several directions were developed, refined and reworked , until a central concept emerged.

That's how GAB was born — a little monster that helps users discover how to manage their health documents , their medical appointments and their children's health through fun, playful adventures .
