Demarche facile
Context
Démarche Facile is a platform that simplifies administrative procedures online. The goal was clear: create an accessible, intuitive interface able to reassure users while streamlining journeys often perceived as heavy and complex.
I was commissioned to design the entire site as well as the design system ensuring consistency and scalability. The idea wasn't just to produce mockups, but to think through an overall framework where every screen and every component serve clarity and ease of use .

My approach
For Démarche Facile , I started by analysing the context and usage in depth to understand what often holds users back when facing online procedures: overly technical language, confusing steps, or the fear of making a mistake. These insights let me lay the project's foundations.
I then designed wireframes that structured the journeys end to end: search, procedure selection, information entry and tracking. Each screen was designed to reduce cognitive load and guide the user clearly .
On that functional base, I developed a calm, reassuring art direction , with a clear visual hierarchy, careful contrast and a colour palette that clearly distinguishes each step. The whole is designed to inspire confidence and ease reading .
An interactive prototype let me validate the smoothness of the journeys before development, then I set up a complete design system . This component library (forms, buttons, alerts, progress bars, etc.) ensured interface consistency while speeding up production.
Finally, I supported the development phase with rigorous quality assurance , checking that the technical execution stayed faithful to the original mockups.
The outcome
A site that is simple, clear and reassuring , reducing friction for users and giving internal teams a robust, scalable foundation for what comes next.
